Best ever ATTA/Wheat flour.
It was delivered on time.Package arrived nicely sealed.This wheat flour has no maida in it.Very healthy stone milled whole wheat flour.Easy to make dough and roll out the flat breads and parantha.Roti comes out soft and not Ila sticky or rubbery at all.Stays fresh and soft longer.Sometimes I blend it with all purpose flour for making healthy pizza.Crust comes out very nice. Not chewy at all.

Very good quality, awesome taste
I use this flour for my homemade bread. The important part - it is not contaminated with glyphosates / Round-up as most North American flours, even organic ones, are.This flour by itself however is not intended for leavened breads; typically used for flatbreads. If you try to use only this flour alone, the bread may not rise propetly. The trick is to mix it, say, 50/50, with strong bread flour, I usually take either French T65, or Italian Tipo 1, and this flour brings a very nice whole wheat taste to my bread.On the photo: the bread is 50/50 this flour mixed with Italian Caputo bread flour, bakers weight 500 g flour incl starter; made with my own sourdough starter, 75% hydration, cold-fermented overnight in the fridge, and baked at 444 F for 40 min in dutch oven with lid, then remove the lid, drop to 410 F and 20 more minutes.
