Panacea 84303 Mission Garden Arbor with Lanterns, Black, 79.5" H

I don't often write a review. I am writing this one because experiences like mine need to be expressed, after some of the less favorable reviews.I had absolutely no bad experiences. It was delivered days before expected. The packaging was not great as expressed by other reviewers, however, The product was not compromised. Nothing was broken. Both lanterns were in tact. Nothing was bent. With a little help from a rubber mallet, the parts slid together quite easily. It feels Sturdy. I am writing shortly after delivery, Which means, I've put it together that quickly and I see enough to be satisfied, very quickly. BTW; 79 year old woman

Nice looking arbor, fairly well made. Packaging is not as good as it should be, several pieces were dented which made the assembly a little difficult. Glass was broken in one of the lanterns. I gave it another coat of rustoleum to keep it from rusting too badly, it will rust at the welded joints over time. I would buy it again

Sturdy attractive easy to put together love it

The metal coating scratched off so easily. The welds were sloppy so the pieces did not fit together. Both lanterns were broken. It was not packaged properly so it was bent when it arrived even though the box was not damaged!! Not at all how it was shown or described on the website. Now I'm expected to pay out of pocket to return it. Obviously, they don't stand behind their product quality

The trellis fits nicely into the space. HOWEVER, both lanterns arrived with the glass panes shattered. I contacted the seller and the person with whom I spoke was very unhelpful. She insisted that I not only send a photo but prove that I had ordered from them. It was ridiculous. As if we don't have enough to do in this life. They knew darn well I wasn't lying because I read all the reviews after this happened (on both Amazon and other places) and realized that this company is routinely shipping lanterns with broken glass. So while I like the trellis, the company needs to learn how to properly pack their lanterns - or change their lantern style!

Should be easy to built but it was hard inserting the parts together. I am a single women in my 40s 120 pound and I was able to built it on my own. The lamps came bent and glass broken but I just kept it instead of returning because it was inexpensive
