Lovely healthy plant.
Arrived quickly and in a nice sturdy box. The plant itself is lovely and healthy, and it was cheaper than an artificial one. I can't fault anything.

Boston Fern AWFUL
It was delivered - well THROWN over my 6ft back gate by Royal Mail - despite "Live Plants/Handle with care" written in large letters on the box and a clear message on the order to deliver to the front door!!!! Beggars belief! The seller was nonplussed about this issue but stated they would contact the courier.Plus although the plant has the right height, into way has the fullness of the picture on the description!!! Plus it was über dry!!!I tended to the plant, but it began to die off even though it was tended well. When finally I gave up the ghost, I'm afraid both the Seller and Amazon would not assist with a replacement or a refund. They were completely not interested. I'll stick to "Garden Bargains" in future - better quality and customer service!!!!All together a disappointing experience 😒

One Plant Nearly Dead- Much Smaller than they seem
This plant arrived to us in a really bad state- lost over 1/4 of its leaves. I would say you could maybe expect shipping plants there is the risk in that but we also got a Spathiphyllum Peace Lily Plant in perfect condition and the leaves in the Fern that were very damaged seemed more of the inner rather than outer- so I suspect it didnt ship out in the best state. They also put a ruber band around the plants itelf, instead of the based to hold the plastic and I think this is partly what caused so much of the plant to die as well. They did have an easy refund policy though, which I appreciated and as I mentioned the Peace Lily came in great condition. I would add though, the pictures are a bit deceiving, these are very small plants.
