Excellent product.

My disabled child is only 7 but very very tall and wriggles around all day! Instead of doing them up top- bottom top-bottom I find this is not secure with many leaks. I do bottom -bottom top-top pulling at the top means it's completely gap free. Never leaks, holds an adult amount of liquid and absorbs really well. I would recommend changing every hour and half so the patient does not become sore! I only use this product 5star from me. However they are more expensive than the other brands but from word of mouth I believe these are the preferred choice from parents.

i have used these products before which is why i keep ordering them, i find them comfortable to wear and help keep my dry and i wear them all the time especially in bed where i seem to have accidents during the night

Tapes are a bit dodgy and break off quite a lot. Absorbancy is great. Just wish they were a bit cheaper

My nan has prescribed pads for incontinence, she has limited mobility so it's not just a slight leak, the others always got soaked through, even with 2 pads and a chair pad, since having these there has been no leaking through at all, she no longer needs multiple pads and chair pads, just these.Easy to get on, would really be glad if they provided one larger size, they do fit her, she's roughly size 24, but they're quite hard to get around her waist and secure the first time, she does not complain of any discomfort with these either, even though they appear to be a tight fit

When I opened these nappies up they were not plastic backed like all the other sizes which I’m angry about but they hold loads but again because the material the heavier the nappy gets the nappy just gets loose and it don’t matter how much u try and tighten the straps the material let’s it down but if bed bound these would be great but I’m active
