Really good
Update: I bought these in 2013, and they worked just fine. FIVE YEARS LATER they are still working great.I was really skeptical at first, but I bought two and both work very well. They charge up quickly and the light is really really bright. Easy installation and 15 foot cord is great. Fully adjustable directional lights and motion sensor a great plus. 'Test-Auto-Off' and day sensor are really helpful. Only downside is that you cannot adjust how bright, how long, or how sensitive the motion/lights are. It would have gotten a full 5 stars if those options were adjustable. But otherwise a great product.

100% failure rate on six lights. Do not buy. Bogus / scam-artist vendor?
I rarely give negative reviews. This light seemed like the perfect solution, and upon installation, I was impressed. The light was bright (unlike most solar lights), the motion detector worked well, it was easy to install, and the solar panel had a nice long cable allowing me to place it far away in direct sunlight. After testing one for a month, I bought 5 more to use as security lights around my house. One by one, they have all failed over the last 6 months or so.That's right. All 6 of these have stopped working in the exact same manner. Furthermore, the manufacturer is unavailable via email or phone to process a warranty replacement or repair. Amazon has just stepped up and offered me a complete refund, so kudos to amazon.com for taking care of a problem caused by an unscrupulous manufacturer.WHAT WENT WRONG:Over the last few months, I've carefully swapped out components as an experiment to see where the problem lies. The solar panel still works, as does the motion detector. I'm fairly certain the lamp still works, and that the problem is the internal battery which gets recharged by the solar cells. The battery just won't continue to hold a charge. The light still comes on with motion, but it's so dim you can't even see it unless you get up close.MANUFACTURER:These lights are manufactured by Xepa Tech. At first Amazon referred me to their website contact info. Unfortunately, the provided "customer service" email info bounces back as undeliverable. The online "contact us" form, doesn't work, providing the error (on submittal) that there is an incomplete field (there's not). Lastly, morning, noon and night, their phone number just goes to a voice loop and no one picks up. I just sat on hold for 55 minutes with no one answering. During that time, I googled their company address, which resulted in finding that there are several companies in this industrial complex listing that address and suite number as their corporate address. Obviously, these guys are fishy at best, and possibly scam artists.Xepa Tech(800) [email protected] Eucalyptus Ave. #110Chino, CA 91710

One strobing, the other one died in two days
I purchased two at Menard's, but am returning both. One of these lights would start strobing with frequency of about 5Hz when the light level would go down, but before it is dark. When it goes down further to darkness - the light would function normally and I really like the sensitivity and light output, that is why I am giving it two stars. The second light died in two day. Nobody touched it. First I thought the batteries depleted, but no, they still had 4.0-4.1 Volts in them. The light would not come on in test mode either. Another negative is that the light sensitivity setting cannot be adjusted. The light starts coming on when there is still plenty of daylight to see. Did not have it long enough, but it is likely to be triggered on a dark cloudy day.

Review on 3 different lights
I am writing this product view to compare 3 solar powered motion sensor lights. XEPA PSO1B Motion Activated Solar Powered LED Security Light Black by XEPA, the Solar Two Directional 36 Bright White LED Security Flood Light with Motion Activated Sensor by LampLust and the 80 LED - Waterproof - Lithium Battery - Digitally Adjustable TIME & LUX with Buttons --- Adjustable Light Fixture from Left to Right, Up and Down // MicroSolar Outdoor Solar Motion Sensor Light by MicroSolar. 2 are dual lights and the third is a single light head.Firstly, the XEPA PSO1B Motion Activated Solar Powered LED Security Light Black by XEPA. This light scored second on my list from the 3. It comes with 2x 2200 mAh rechargeable Li-on batteries. The solar panel cable is 15ft. The entire light fixtures seems to be weather proofed pretty well with glue in screw holes and rubber rings around the battery bay. It has an "Auto", "Off" and "Test" switch which is covered with a plastic rubber shield for weather proofing. Both left and right lights can be easily positioned in almost any combination as well as the sensor. The power of the LED's rank 2nd best out of these 3 lights producing a visible brightness difference between the LampLust model. The manual states that both LED's are 5w (equivalent to 60w incandescent bulbs)Overall a good light that will cover in two directions. The biggest downfall for this light is that it turns off after 60 seconds. There is no way to change this. Both the solar panel and the light fixture came with a mounting frame drawing for easy installation.Secondly the Solar Two Directional 36 Bright White LED Security Flood Light with Motion Activated Sensor by LampLust. This light scored the lowest out of the 3 lights that I am reviewing. The light fixture comes with 3x 600 mAh Ni-Cd batteries with a combined total 1800 mAh. The solar panel cable is 16ft. This has a depress switch for Auto/Off and no way to change the time or lux on. It doesn't seem to say the timer for the light but it seems to be a 60 second timer only. The brightness for this light seems very low compared to the other two lights I am reviewing and just cannot be rated highly for a security light. Each light has 36 LED's totaling 72 LED's.Lastly, the 80 LED - Waterproof - Lithium Battery - Digitally Adjustable TIME & LUX with Buttons --- Adjustable Light Fixture from Left to Right, Up and Down // MicroSolar Outdoor Solar Motion Sensor Light by MicroSolar. This light beat the other two lights hands down. I was looking for a dual light fixture to point in two directions but when I got down to it the manufactures just split the light power up between two lights and its just not powerful enough shooting the light in two directions. This light fixture got the highest rating out of the 3 lights reviewed here. It has 1x 2000 mAh rechargeable battery. The battery compartment is heavily weather proofed with rubber rings. A nice big power Auto/Off button. It also has an LED display under the sensor to get the exact status of the lux and time. The best part is that you can change the timer of the light and you have many options. By seconds, 3 (for testing), 30, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 360, 480 and 600. Having so many timer options is a nice feature. You can also tell that this light is well built. I'd rather have two of these then one dual light fixture. The 80 LED's make for an excellent security light brightening the place up to the extreme.Out of the these three lights the light by MicroSolar wins hands down.

Excellent Light
I have an electrical background. But I had an area away from the house that would have been extremely difficult to pull wires to. This is an excellent light. The LEDs are very bright. Easy for anyone to install. Comes with screw positoning templates. Long battery life.
