5x 4"turkish Black Pepper Salt and Spice Grinder Mill-mat & Shiny Colors Set

These grinders where amazing gifts for the aunties and my mother an grandmother. They enjoyed the fine pepper that comes out. Really bring out the freshness you can smell

They work with spices, very beautiful. Worth it

My plastic grinder finally gave up the ghost and I was always faascinated by these beautiful metal grinders. The only problem I see withthese is that they don't have an open bottom. You have to unscrew the bottom to access the ground spices. I would prefer to grind into the pan whilst cooking. However, they do make lovely gifts!

quality is poor, tops and bottoms are hard to remove. good for high placed decorations, but not much else. i'd return these, but i'm sure the other sellers have the same quality. perhaps some children would like them for play.

These grinders are well made and very attractive. The only reason for four stars rather than five is that the bottoms are not threaded on to the upper portion. They fit tight enough that I hope it doesn't become a problem, but the round catcher/container part does come off just by pulling, not twisting it. As some have mentioned, the opening to put peppercorns is also kind of small. I had no trouble with pepper, but I won't be able to use for nutmeg, cardamom or chunks of Himalayan salt as I had hoped. BUT - they're so cute I'll get creative to find more uses!Kudos to the seller! The first shipment was lost between DHL and the mail (they're both still claiming the other was the last to have it) but it fell on the original seller to replace them. I don't think that was fair to the seller, but they were very responsive (within a day each time) when I was trying to track the package, then replaced it without a hassle. Amazon also gave me a discount credit, but shame on DHL and USPS!

Doesn't hold much product. 2 of the 5 doesn't work properly. One doesn't grind. 2nd doesn't grind and doesn't stay closed. I just have those 2 for decoration. I use one to grind sea salt. Other 2, I use for black. peppercorns and 5 blend peppercorns. I have to fill at least once a week. Definitely consider a funnel or very small spoon to fill. Opening is quite small. Bottom compartment is to catch ground product. It drops off very easily so be careful in how you pick it up

These spice grinders are not heavy duty. In fact, they couldn’t grind peppercorns. It took forever to grind enough to use. I would say these are more decorative than fictional.

I both this set, and the single silver for a set of 6. GREAT for table top. Currently I have these filled with: Sea Salt, Pink Sea Salt, Blk Peppercorns, Pink Peppercorns, & 5-Peppercorn mix. Can grind directly over food, or into the little bowl-type bottom. The look really nice, and so far, work great!
