I learned a great deal from him in seminar in Mail ten years ago and the man literally performed magic that was pure power, and no matter the wonders of this book, I got to be with him and his presence was real and warm and pure!!! Learn from this book, and if you can, go see him and you will be amazed!!!

Max Christensen has provided an easy to read book and a guide to self-awakening. He includes the science behind transformation and gives the reader many practices with images to help begin the self-discovery practice. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is just beginning a spiritual exploration or has been on a path for a long time. As Max says, this is, “a path of no more learning’

I liked Max's earlier books much more. In an attempt to appeal to modern people, Max throws in a lot of pseudoscience (DNA, black holes, magnets, quantum physics), most of which makes little sense to those who actually have a science background. I think Max should stick to what he clearly knows and is a master of, which is Taoist alchemy, without delving into theoretical topics that only seem to distract from the teaching. There are some very good parts to this book, but the parts where he attempts to connect the practice to biology, cosmology, physics, etc. were a bit unnecessary

Wish I found this book 20 years ago; It has explained to me so many of my esoteric experiences with clear, complete and comprehensive language. I have read it twice so far and with every reading I pick up something new. This book is the life manual for those on a spiritual path regardless of which system you are practicing

Kun Lun is an excellent system that I have been involved in for over 8 years. This book is very easy to read and offers many insights that may be expanded on in most anyone's journey.

l'autore, molto conosciuto in America, presenta un sistema sicuramente molto strutturato (anche se alcune cose mi hanno lasciato un pò perplesso...) ma, come peraltro espressamente rappresentato, incompatibile con il sistema usualmente conosciuto. Sostanzialmente per chi pratica già è impossibile integrare gli esercizi proposti (questo a detta dell'Autore, che avverte circa la possibilità di ricevere danni). Vale come approfondimento teorico per chi pratica e non intende cambiare radicalmente approccio.

I'm really enjoying doing all exercises. They're very well explained. Focus is on the Self, on posture, smiling, achieving a light head and a joyful mood, on opening the heart and sensing more and more, connecting to everything and again to our higher inner Self. When there is nothing there is everything.. and all is possible! Amazing grace, thanks Max and Suzy!
