Great endurance, phenomenal range of resistance
Bought mine 1 year ago and waited until now to review. These are great!! Skin friendly side is wonderful (if you know then you know!). The range from red to orange and all the combinations in between is unsurpassed!! A recurring back injury meant I couldnāt handle heavy weights but could handle the associated resistance, and these have been my go to for a year. For those wondering, after decades of weight training I HAVE managed to develop DOMS after training sessions. And I have also found the resistance combinations of the bands so high that I cannot shift them eg orange , blue, and green Iām at my deadlift limit!! And I can deadlift around 180kg. Only shame is the bag they come in has perished, but I bought them for the bands not the bag! Highly recommend.

Product arrived at the earliest estimated time given, well packaged. No reason to contact seller.The bands themselves are excellent quality. They are very elastic and have a smooth, matte surface that does not stick to itself or your skin. This makes them that much more convenient to use. The widest bands are seriously strong, which is reassuring. Tidying up after a workout is almost nonexistent, when you consider the manner of exercises that are possible with bands. They are also an incredible space-saver.All in all, I would recommend these resistance bands to virtually anyone; whether you are new to resistance training and want to add options to your workout, or an experienced gym-goer that wants to train at home or whilst travelling, you will find plenty of use for these. The full set is certainly not necessary, but provides the most flexibility in increasing resistance. The red and green ones would cover almost as much ground for most people, and fit much more easily in your holiday carry-on than a barbell set!
