**Q: Instead of ice cubes can I use small ice package balls?**
A: Yes. Realistically, it can take any type of ice, just kee in mind that the ice makes very little if any difference, and anything bigger than an inch will be difficult to put into the container, as it doesn’t open out farther than that.

**Q: So my room gets alot hotter than the rest of the house, normal size room, will this work at cooling it down about 5 degrees?**
A: It is working well for my small in-law suite. Make sure you put ice in it.  We also found adding an additional small fan to keep the air flowing really helped. I did not check exactly how much the temperature change but it is a noticeable difference.

**Q: Willing cool down a car?**
A: Not a chance. With the little reservoir full with ice and water I could only feel the cool breeze if I put my face within couple of feet from the vent

**Q: when plugged in, is the red light on top suppose to keep blinking when off?**
A: For the short time i had this, it always blinked on mine. I did not see anything in the manual about this issue

I can’t believe this cost as much as it did. This is basically a very cheap fan that holds a bit of cold water below for some unknown purpose. The cold water had absolutely no effect on the temperature of the air that the fan pushed out. I bought a better quality stroller fan for $15 that cools more effectively. This “air conditioner” is an absolute joke. I will say that I live in Southern California, and the high today in my hometown is 117 degrees (14% humidity) so perhaps I have high expectations for my cooling devices.

I just go mine yesterday. It’s small but it has a lot of power. It’s a personal AC, it will not cool a whole room. I mainly got it for my husband because he runs hot. He loved it. We left it on all night and we both slept well. I put water and ice in it. You can feel the cold air and mist. I recommend it. We set it on our tv stand. We both share it.

It's okay, for a very small space. Or just directly pointing at yourself. Was trying to use this fan in conjunction to help move around my carnivores plants, but to no effect. Oh and the water feature, meh. Maybe latest an hour.
