Better than expected
This was very easy to install and fit the closet perfectly. I was prepared to order shelves, pant holders, baskets, etc to get exactly what I needed. 95% was damage free but that’s the shipper not the product. This system is efficient and well designed

Cheaply Made
These came with no instruction. The rods are metal but the rod holders are plastic and the end caps for the rods are a monkey rigged set up that only broke when we finally figured out how they went on the rod. Not one cap but so far all three that we've done. Will see how the rest go but as for now, I'm not very optimistic. I reached out to the company via email requesting an instruction location but have yet to hear back.
