I don't write many reviews but I'm really pleased with this shelf; it arrived 30 minutes ago, took me 15 minutes to put together and set up and it looks really good, I'm very impressed. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but there were no hitches with the assemb!y, fitting or levelling and I only used a screwdriver and spirit level. I feel I've got value for money, it looks sturdy and really smart.

Lovely shelf, looks good and is finally fitted safely- the latter according to the supplier.The screw holes needed a gimlet and hammer because they were far to shallow to take the screws (the shelf is not real wood and jolly hard). To get the screws fully in, I had to resort to an electric screwdriver. Unless the screws were fully in, the shelf wobbled on the bracket.Finally, I achieved success, slipped the brackets down the back of the radiator; but the front edge of the shelf was 1in lower than the back. I called a neighbour, a retired engineer, to help and he worked out which way to bend the brackets and adjusted them so that the shelf was level in all directions, courtesy also of a spirit level.The supplier did reply to my request for help, suggesting I bend the bracket but this was never suggested in the instructions. They also assured me after a second request for information that bending the brackets would not weaken them.I now have a firmly fixed, attractive shelf. The bent parts are invisible, but this is for over a radiator so not for heavy things.Oddly, I would purchase one again, but have better tools on hand, eg a stronger electric drill, a spirit level, and a neighbour with strong wrists and good spatial awareness on hand.

Brought 3 of different sizes. Easy to install. Looks good when in place. Actually diverts heat back into the room. Strong and sturdy unlike others I had brought that warped with the heat. Would recommend

I like it it does the job however no matter what I do it just sits on a slant don't get me wrong it don't effect the use nothing's slides off or falls off so am happy with it will do the job for now

This looks great and fits beautifully and was just what I wanted, but, there is a but…… the wood was so dense, despite making a small hole to start off the screws, I could not get them to screw fully home and secure the bracket. I ended up partially drilling a hole with a thin bit (which broke!, shows how dense the wood was) only then could I insert the screws and fully screw home the bracket. It was a blasted fiddle really, but I’m pleased with the results and the look. Don’t advertise it as no drilling required……unless you have wrists of steel.
