An amazing work in antiquity that documents evidence of scientific history and technology that is the forerunner story of human history in Africa. I was enthralled the entire time I was reading.

Finch lll, a medical doctor and historian, investigates proto-mathematics, astronomy, engineering, architecture, navigation in ancient and modern Africa. Sharing the writings and thinking of the earliest scholars on Egypt pro and con, Finch verifies the thinking and productions that scientifically prove the incredibleness in not only ancient Egypt but also other African countries such as Nubia, Ethiopia, and Kenya. Photographs and pictures underscore his findings such as metallurgical furnaces built two thousand years prior to similar ones unearthed in Europe. Finch’s sketches of the invaluable and remarkable Rhind papyrus display ancient African algebra, geometry, circular, triangular measurements. Those alone demonstrate the scientific often overlooked acumen of our African ancestry. Finch's sky knowledge of the Ancients is so exciting as it is complex and thought provoking. As you read about astronomy and astrology as seen through the eyes of our Ancestors one cannot help but delve deeper into one's own understanding of our existence on this Planet. This man's scholarship is remarkable and a scientific gem, particularly for Black Studies.

The ultimate scholar Charles Finch PH.D gives you concise & thorough info on the science of the pyramids of Giza, the Dogon Sirius connection, ancient African metal crafting (followers of Horus) Nile Valley astrology and many more caveats. Finch comes to the conclusion the Sirius star is the star of new beginnings. Some of the information can technically rise above the heads of some neophytes, but overall wholesome info for all. A fine job by the brother.

What can be said about the work of Charles Finch. He is a true educator!!!
