Guess that's why my first try was awful. Used 1 cup milk with 1 envelope and whipped it with an antique hand mixer. Worked out much better. Also read the nutrition facts carefully. I have tried 2 boxes so far and each time the mousse hasn't set up at all. I followed the directions exactly. I used 1% milk, which is what I normally use. I wish I knew what the problem is. I am type 1 diabetic and really enjoy this dessert. I also use it to frost sugar free cakes. Something is seriously wrong with this batch though.
