Product was not a HP original cartridge but was a knock off. The original packaging had been opened and this item replaced. It didn't work as it didn't have the microchip

Après avoir essayé les génériques, sans marques et autres, on n'est jamais mieux servi que par du Toner original. Plusieurs achats au cours des années. Certes c'est plus cher et quand vous devez changer les 4 ça vous coute un demi bras mais la qualité est bien au rendez-vous. Je recommande fortement et je rachèterai les mêmes à l'avenir.

Purchased this when toner low messages were popping up. The low toner cartridge lasted for 10 months before the printer wouldn't print. Had this "new" cartridge setting on the shelf, popped it in and the printer complains it is incompatible despite it is listed as a compatible cartridge for the M283fdw printer. F'ing printers.
