This is a must if you cook on a cast iron skillet. Makes cleaning up easy.

Sturdy. Good product. We use it to clean our cast iron skillets.

I bought this to clean the baking sheet for my toaster oven and some other pans. Unfortunately, while it does remove newly baked-on crumbs, it doesn't take off grease that is baked/burned on. It scratches metal a little while removing debris. I wouldn't use it to clean my oven, stainless steel stovetop, or any pans where scratches would be detrimental to their cooking usage or appearance.

This is much easier to handle than the chainmail cloths recommended for cast iron pans.

Working as a dishwasher, I find that using the old green scrub really messed up my hands over long hours of use. I wanted something where I don't have to hold on to the sponge where your hands get soaked and subject to raisin fingers. Although I could use rubber gloves or other protection, gloves don't allow me to use a sprayer well and rubber gloves make my hands hot and end up sweating in them anyway.This scrubber however is perfect for doing what I need it to do, remove heavy debris from heavy duty plates and scrubs well on metal without scratching the pots and pans we have at my work.Pros:- Quick to grab- Comfortable handle and grip- Chainmail is durable for heavy duty scrubbing (and you doesn't wear down like stainless steel scrubs or steel woolCons:- Size doesn't allow you to scrub everything like corners in a stainless steel 6" pan.

This works extremely well. I saw a few reviews reviews saying did not get into corners well. I disagree with that, it takes a little elbow grease but cleans the cast better than the wash cloth type scrubbers.

This product works great for cleaning cast iron pans and skillits.
