Good bath lift.
You get what you pay for!!Got a crack starting to develop in the plastic seat. Just checked on Amazon where I bought it from, 7 and a half years ago. Nothing else has gone wrong in that time. It's been used 4 or 5 times a week by my parents. Mom passed away in 2019, Dads 95 and now has a bath every day. Going to see if I can purchase a replacement seat for it. Great bath seat still going strong never any problems with the battery or hand set. Thank you.

remember its a seat not a belt; you dont really get down to the bottom of the bath with it.
i like this , simple construction and easy to clean, just a bit disappointed that the seat only takes you down so far; i would need to run a much larger bath to submerge myself at all. but much better than a sponge bath after all. the belt i had took me to the bottom of the bath but the equipment was much more expensive, an aqua lift, and replacement belts no longer available after only 7 years use.one snag with this seat is the way the side flaps are adjusted. the hospital example i saw was placed in the middle of the room and i hadnt realised there could be a snag when in my own bathroom with bath in a corner against the wall - the side flap caught on the edge of the tiling on the way up and the seat stuck. luckily quite near the top so i cd wriggle out. i get round this now by remembering to raise the flap with a hand when on the up journey.i can see that the high back makes it safer but i cannot use the bath brush on my back, there isnt space ;i will have to think this one out .this seat is much cheaper than the aqua lift, and perfectly useable. i find it rather difficult to place battery in the cradle, and taking it out, but i suppose this will become easier with time,

Warning
The lift was very useful to begin with and appeared well made but the battery pack quickly failed and a replacement wasn't available. Luckily, I was capable of lifting the patient out of the bath admittedly it left my back sore. I advise any person using this device alone to ensure they have the means of contacting help and that help can access the property via key safe or key holder should the pack fail whilst lowered into the bath as it did on this occasion.

Sturdy and easy to keep clean.
This product is very sturdy and easy to keep clean. It does not recline as some bath lifts do.

Bath Lift
The lift works well and so far the battery life is good. It's easy to fit and use as well as being an extremely competitive price
