The Accumulair Gold 19.75x21x1 air filter is designed to provide high-efficiency filtration with a low resistance to airflow. The 100% synthetic media is designed to capture small airborne particles that containment your indoor air. To increase durability, the pleated media is laminated to a metal backing that is recyclable, galvanized, and corrosion-resistant. The filter contains media that has been tested to perform at the Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value of 8 (MERV 8) by an independent lab according to ASHRAE Standard 52.2. The filter is equipped to enhance air quality by capturing up to 76% of common airborne particles such as dust, lint, dust mite debris, cement dust, standing dust, small fibers, and other airborne contaminants. Good filter for this odd size. Also purchased a filter 19.5x21x1 which works better . Really need a filter of 19.5 x 12 x 1/2 inch to work better.
