It is big. The dough required to fill it requires a full 1kg of flour in it's making. If you just use 1kg of dough (approx. 600g flour) it wouldn't be enough. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Pricey and some problems *by I***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 on 20 May 2020* Expensive for what it is. Use 1KG of dry ingredients at your peril it will squirt out of the vents. I find 800kg dry, a little lower temp than normal and 10 mins with the lid off make for a decent loaf.
