Originally I was using erythritol as part of my keto diet but increasingly I noticed it was giving me side effects, so I've switched to this one. The choice of zero calorie granulated artifical sweetener in the UK is very limited!Is quite versatile, I've been using this for baking, making sweet chaffles and stirring into greek yoghurt. I've noticed it's not as sweet as erythritol (or natural sugar) so you do need to use more. Also it doesn't dissolve that well in yoghurt.On the plus side it doesn't make my mouth really sore when I eat it (like erythritol does). But it does seem to give a bit of digestive discomfort. Fortunately I don't use it every day, I don't use it to sweetener tea or coffee for example so the symptoms are bearable for the occasional sweet treat. (A powdered version would be good for making butter icing!)

Quick delivery. Doesn't taste different to sugar. Kids dont notice the different in cakes and no-one noticed the difference in their tea when I used it

We used this like for like instead of sugar , it doesn't give me husband a bad tummy like erythritol does so it's perfect. He likes sweets things so we use this in breads, cakes etc and it's so versatile. We love it. It's also natural which is a plus for me. It doesn't smell of anything and is perfect for the keto diet. It lasts long and the packet reseals.
