worked great for a halloween prop! only thing i did to it was sand it down so i could use acrylic paint to paint on fake blood. nice quality for the price.

Excellent prop, not durable
Great prop, used it for my Halloween costume. But don't smack it against anything or it will break very easily.

Axe is comical and best suited for children
The axe is extremely cheap looking and is of dollar tree quality. This is perfect for a child Paul Bunyan part in a play, but would not recommend even for kids if you're going for any kind of scare factor. Side note Amazon listed as free returns however when I attempted to return it, I was notified that it would subtract $6.95 for return shipping. I paid $9 for axe and another $8 for shipping so not worth my time and gas driving over to the post office. I will just keep and probably spend double in cost making it a useful prop in my Halloween display.
