how they describe the product is very accurate. most are the copper or burnished gold color. there is a good mix of sizes. they mostly look to be handmade so don't expect the type of charms you get in the store. I rated only 4 stars because there were a few that were plain round ones that reminded me of a tarnished penny or other coin. take a good look at the picture and decide if you will use those colors before ordering as the silver ones are very much in the minority. some aren't really charms at all but more like flat spacer beads. they are still useful for earrings as sometimes a bead has a big hole that will go right through the head pin so you want something under it that won't detract from that bead. I wish there had been a little more variety but I can make some interesting items with what I've got that will be unique. if you are tired of the same old store bought variety then give this a try. I did receive 3 that were BIG (maybe 3in x 3in) but the rest were a much more reasonable size with many tiny ones perfect for earrings or bracelets.

I bought this mix as filler in a collage. The bag I received had many different types antiqued gold/copper and silver jewelry findings in it, which is great. I wanted a variety to create a visual interest and this fit the criteria. In the description, it states there are jewelry blanks in this lot, which I guess, is technically true. I don't think the blanks would be very good for metal stamping though. (that had been a hope of mine.) I can only describe the bag of findings in this way; it seems like at the end of the day, in some factory somewhere, they scooped these off the workroom tables and possibly floors. (I found a couple of grass seeds in mine.) the findings range in size, but are thin metal. ( think of the metal findings on cheaper earrings) I also ended up with some connector bits that are more function than decoration. Overall, it was a pretty good mix, but I definitely think it is luck of the draw.

I am pleased with the package I received. The items are thin but can still work with my steampunk jewelry. I received two large metal stamped pendents and I am very happy with these.Since I wasn't sure what I would receive, I am not disappointed. Lots of variety and textures. Some unique, like the 1" silver plated snake and the very nice brass dolphins also approx 1".Out of the bunch, there were 8 that I would not use simply because they look too cheap but the remainder I have no problem with. I will use them as accents to my larger pieces.All in all, I am satisfied with my product but I am not sure if I would buy them again unless I had a special need for items of this size.

I was more than pleased with my bag. I got a 2" x 3" ziplock bag stuffed with pieces. These are thin metal (flexible) but I feel the quality is good for the price. Several 1-2" pieces, great for necklaces. I got one lovely 2" round brass piece perfect for a necklace pendant. Lots of charms perfect for lightweight earrings. Two filigree butterflies that are so pretty! I also got a couple different style end fasteners and handfuls of smaller coins, leaves, hearts, circles, etc perfect for charm bracelets or dangly earrings. I'm so happy I got this and would not hesitate to order again. I mostly make earrings, so if you were expecting lots of large pieces, you might not want this mix. I personally love it.***Modifying to state that I purchased these from a seller in the States, NOT overseas. I highly recommend purchasing from a seller in your country of origin to avoid surprises at the post office in the form of import taxes!!!

I ordered 2 of these to try them and was so happy that I immediately ordered 2 more!!! The quality and selection were amazing, and were EXACTLY what I was looking for to include in my new designs.Also, the packaging was personal and the extra touches and care by whoever packaged it really showed!!! Although the description of variety and sizes was reasonably accurate, I still feel misled; I thought I was ordering '100+ pieces' as stated in title of item. What I recieved in the mail was a tiny 2" x 3" ziplock with 34 quite small pieces and 2 that were close to an inch. There was a nice handwritten greeting attached to invoice, so I'm willing to assume that this could be a misunderstanding or miscommunication. But for my purposes, (in need of about 70 pieces), it just wasn't at all what was expected.

I have had nothing but a problem ordering these bulk pieces. I don't seem to get any of the items pictured. This had a good variety of pieces but most were very small, but I guess for the price I can't complain too much but I think I'd rather get quality pieces over quantity. It all depends on what you will be using them for. Again, the pieces were not build but just needed to bigger.

When it first arrived a few of the pieces were bent, but they bent back into shape easily. I was upset that a few of the cooler large designs didn't have matches. A few of the pieces were stuck together and I had to bend them with pliers to get them apart. Overall though I was able to make a few nice earrings and I have some extra to mix and match with.
