It does work!!!! Immediately he was calm. He came and gave us a kiss when we put it on as he now does every time we put it on him. He even goes and gets it for us to put on if we forget or feel he doesn't need it, he will go get it. So happy .

Our 4yo daughter has a Sensory Processing Disorder. Her build is petite and she wears 3T clothing, some 2T & some 4T. We purchased size small. The shirt provides excellent compression eventhough it is too long and the shoulder straps are too big. Due to the compression, the shirt stays in place and our daughter loves it. She calls it her "hug shirt".
