I love that it doesn't leave you feeling heavy. I used it to make my meatless burrito bowl...trying to cut back on high carbs so I used 2 teaspoons in each bowl it was perfect. I would purchase again however, right after I purchased it for under $4..the price doubled!😯 It is a small bowl and I WILL not pay almost $8 when it can't even feed a family of two!

Very good product!!
Very handy to use as the quinoa is already cooked;can add it to any thing you make,right from the dish it comes in! I mix it with the dish from St.Dalfour which has veggies & salmon in it.
