Can a small puppy (~5 pounds) have these?

Me personally would not give my dog these treats at that size, of 5 pounds. Maybe when they get a little order because my dog really enjoys them.

Are these too small for a ~50lb dog?

No, I feed them to dogs from 15 to 100 pounds. The bigger the dog, the less time it takes to devour the smart bone. I have two dogs around 50 pounds that love the mini size.

where is this product made from? From my experience, the ones made in Mexico gave my dog diarrhea and the ones made in Vietnam is what my dog likes
