Black (1 x 18650) and Charger 800lm 5-Mode LED Torch Zoomable Flashlight

Loved the flashlight, it's comfortable handling and user-friendly design as well as the brightness (beyond expectation) ----when I got to use it. The 18650 battery that was supposed to be included was missing from the box. I would assume somewhere between myself and the seller that the the battery grew legs. The box was very professional and immaculate. You can tell the seller and/or manufacturer of this product took great strides to present their flashlight as one of the better or best you can find with detailed instructions and such a well put together container. The care and cushion placement for each thing, I'm sure, took them what looks like a considerable amount of time: the flashlight, the charger and even attention to where the lanyard would go. However, the designated spot for the battery was empty. I'm guessing that a company that took such pride and care into every piece that was described to a potential buyer would not have gone to so much trouble just to leave out a vital part that even had its own protective shipping cushion inside their painstakingly almost perfect box. So the star that was taken away from the seller (only 4 out of 5) may be undeserved if the oversight was not theirs. But as I said, why go to that much trouble to ensure an almost perfect package only to leave out the second most important part to their product? To the seller: I would definitely check into your quality control between production and shipping. Product itself, the flashlight, exceeded expectation.
