Saves space.
These are great for saving space in the engine compartment. They do a very good job filtering, very easy to clean but be prepared to change them every 6 months or so as they do tend to fall apart from the heat

Didn’t work for me. Nice filter. Just way to small. I have a k&n cold air intake system on my car and this filter was like 3 sizes to small my filter is huge. This filter is prob ok for a smaller intake 4cyl car
