It works fine, but not as portable as it could be
It does what it says, and the quality, comaptivulry and performance is fine. What I don't like is the design of the PCIe cable which forces the whole thing to have a T-shape unnecesarily. The fixed cable makes it less compact and less portable than it could be. It would be very desirable to be able to disconnect the cable, or at least having the Thunderbolt adapter integrated.

Purchased the 25cm length. Increased performance on my dated laptop. It's Alive!
PN received: R43SG-TB3 RG3_1.5Laptop used: Acer Aspire V 15 Nitro (VN7-593G-76SS) | GPU used: 1080TiMounted everything on an ITX aluminum test bench frame: 12.4x8.3x6.1Product shipped directly from China with no issues. It arrived surprisingly earlier than expected. No instructions were included, yet a slightly outdated video can be found at the bottom of the Amazon product page. The voiced instructions are in Chinese, but it was easy to follow along just by watching. You can also search the web for more product details. The M.2 > Thunderbolt 3 aluminum block adapter I received is a newer version/style than the one in the video. Warning, this block can get slightly hot during long use. There is an included thermal strip cut about the same size as the block...but I didn't know what to do with it. It doesn't fit inside the block if that was its indented use. I wish that the TB3 connection on the block faced the opposite direction (see attached picture). Additionally, I think the block design is upside-down. There are three small pin-sized LEDs...but they face downward so you won't be able to see them during use. I hope they change this in future iterations. I kept all the dipswitches on the breadboard at factory settings. After powering up the power supply, you'll get no light indicators on the breadboard until you actually connect the TB cable to the laptop.Despite the minor design issues with the aluminum M.2>TB33 adapter block, the product performed flawlessly.

It actually works!
As opposed to other M.2 to TB4 adapters, which are for eSSDs, this one actually works for eGPUs.This did not work with a Dell 220 watt power supply, but it worked with an ATX power supply.
