Excellent capers
These capers are excellent. I leave my pasta unsalted while it cooks, so that I can toss the pasta with a bunch of these capers and have capery salted pasta. Delicious.

Succulent Sea Salt Capers
Best sea salt capers we have ever bought online. The quality is outstanding. It is important to know that salt packed capers need to be soaked before use (unlike capers packed in brine which can be used straight from the jar). After soaking these and using them in a poached fish dish, my guests raved that the capers were actually the star of the meal. Packaging is very good. The jar was bubble wrapped to ensure successful arrival. I will purchase these again and again.

The taste is all there - these are Sicilian capers for sure, not the ones some italian companies import from different countries and then package in Italy saying they are italian products (the law allows them to do that). FYI - no need to soak them for hours :-) just leave them under running water for 15-30 seconds - most of the salt will melt away. They will remain just slightly salty, so just put a bit less salt in the salad/pasta or whatever you're pairing them with.

Outstanding quality
Outstanding quality, my favorite of the three I just purchased (and as good or better than any I can remember having in the past). Medium-sized capers, light coating of fine-grained salt. They're salty, but not so salty that I won't eat them straight out of the jar. Moderate/strong taste, the way I like it. I can't imagine finding another brand which would blow this one out of the water, they've got to be up there.

The puppies are awesome!!!!
These are the best capers I have ever had the pleasure to eat! Yes, you have to get used to the seasalt, but I love the stuff. The capers are large, sweet and go with everything I have tried them with. Yes, they cost a little more, but are well worth it!!!!!
