I put it together myself (older female) without any help and with the included tools. The box was really heavy so had to remove parts from the box and transfer a few pieces at a time to my basement where I set up the bike. Nothing fancy about this bike though, it's very basic but will do the trick. It was pretty easy to assemble which is good because the instructions looked a little intimidating at first glance. I put it together while watching a movie so can't say exactly how long it took but likely around an hour total. I might suggest that you carefully pull back the clear material covering all the bolts and washers because the corresponding numbers come off when you peel it back and you'll need those numbers so you know what pieces to use for each step. If you're like me and want a decent bike but don't need all the bells and whistles, I would recommend this one. I only tried the bike for a few minutes last night after I put it together and everything felt solid. It was quiet and smooth. Its not the asiest to move because its heavy and the 2 wheels that are supposed to help with moving the bike are pretty flush with the bar so they really dont help if you ask me. Because it was a cheaper bike I was worried it wouldn't be of good quality but it seems to be heavy and of decent quality. Hope this review helps others with making a decision.
