I was really impressed when I was able to securely place my iPhone 6 in the slot. In fact, I actually looked down during my run and was able to press the needed buttons as I continued to run. It comes with a set of headphones. While I usually run with headphones that wrap around my ear, I found these headphones to be very comfortable and adjustable. Usually I have to grab my phone in my hand and then I use the phone, as needed. It allowed me to hold a lot of items without feeling too heavy. It was adjustable to my waist which is an added bonus! The best thing about the running belt is it did not bounce around and irritate me like other running belts.
