Melatonin and other sleep aids do not work for me and this is now my go to if I wake up in the middle of the night. Perfect because you can even take at 4 or 5am to fall back asleep and will not feel groggy if you have to be up 30 minutes later. Also safe while pregnant and nursing. Great product, tastes good and lasts a long time even when used nightly. I don't travel anywhere without it. Strongly recommend if racing thoughts is the reason you cannot fall asleep or back to sleep at night.

Best stuff if you want to rest and it is great to take nightly to get rid of those constant morning headaches - at least it works for me! Beats taking drug store pm stuff

Works very well for sleep, calms the mind down and gives you a good nights rest, however you better have the Tums or Rolaids near by because it may give you indigestion. Seems to irritate a full stomach, It happened to me as well as someone else I recommended it too.
