I purchased it in black for a trip to the Caribbean. I love the extra long length and wider width. I am a size 14/16, but I am also 5'9", so the extra material allows me to wrap it in any way and still cover everything I want to cover.I mostly wore this around the condo. It gives you coverage of a nightgown with the feel of being nude. I will be using it at home for this reason too.The fabric is soft and it washes well. It is significantly larger and of heavier fabric than a "normal" sarong; I am a plus size (US 18) woman and this covered me well with fabric to spare. This sarong worked as a towel, blanket, dress, skirt, swimsuit cover-up, shawl, and jacket (I used a sarong clip for the clothing options, for added security). The lack of fringe was a bonus in my book since it made it made it look less "sarong" like and added to the versatility. Washes well and dries easily (though I advise washing it a couple of times before use to set the color).
