I have tried many different brands of Jewelry in my ears and this was the absolute worst. I am a huge review reader before I make any purchases and unfortunately I did not read many reviews about this earring that shared my negative thoughts on it. I hope that maybe I just got a dud. I've had this ring in my ear for about three weeks now which is not unusual four cartilage piercings. Because they are so hard to change oftentimes jewelry is left in those piercings for weeks months or even years at a time. However this one is coming out as soon as I can get to my piercer and have him remove it. After about 10 days of having it in my ear it is turning my ear green which means it is made from junk metal and it also seems to be slowly deteriorating in my ear. The stones look black and you can barely tell that it's even a flower anymore. This thing is Beyond cleaning and I've learned my lesson. From now on I stick with surgical steel or real gold.
