I just received the Upper Arm Shaper Compression Sleeves from your company and they are AMAZING! The 3x just took my 19in flabby upper arms and brought them down to about 15in. I lost a lot of weight and wanted something to compress them as I am beginning to work out. I cannot believe the difference! Even though it's so compressive on the arms, it fits well and comfortable around my braline and across my chest. I wear a 40G and the strap really did work to help fix my posture. Thank you so much! First and foremost- Measure your arms before ordering and use the size chart!! That being said I am 2 weeks post Op from a brachioplasty and my new arms measure 13 inches while swollen so I needed the largest size. I tried regular compression sleeves, other forms that go around your shoulders, compression socks with the feet cut off, you name it and I tried it without success. They were too tight or too uncomfortable. This garment is by far the most comfortable, supportive and allows for movement while giving good compression that reduces swelling. Highly recommend if you had an arm lift! Bonus, the bottom front strap that runs just below your bust line can act as a bra and is really comfortable as well. Only bit of annoyance is my arm crease opposite my elbow, the material can be felt against my incision so I do fidget and need to ensure there is no slack there where it can bunch up, but on a scale of 1-10, the annoyance is 0.5.

I love this shaper. I’m working on toning up my arms and back and this allows me to sweat a lot in those targeted areas. It also helps secure my breasts. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to work on their arms and back. It would be a great investment.

I purchased 2 of the "Lancs Women Upper Arm Shaper Post Surgical Compression Sleeves Slimmer...."I bought a black ( large) and a beige (extra large). I am pleased with the way both items fit. I got liposuction on both of my arms and needed a compression sleeve shaper to compress, shape and secure my arms. The compression and security this product provides for my arms is phenomenal. This garment is very comfortable on the armpits and sides of my breasts. It's doing a great job to help the intention of the surgical procedure by shaping my arms, while providing the compression it need to allow my arms to slim down and the skin to tighten. I love the material. It is soft- while tuff, has elasticity- so you're able to move around and bend without any problems, and it does not feel cheap or thin. I have no complaints. In fact, I'm going to purchase 2 more of this same item for when I start to workout again. I highly recommend this product to anyone who needs a compression sleeve slimmer. You will not be disappointed.

I bought a shaper from a different maker before I saw this shaper. So when I saw the Lancs shaper and read the reviews, I decided to buy it. I am glad I did because thus shaper is a lot superior quality than the other shaper I bought earlier. Since I as still under the return policy of the first shaper I bought I returned it. As you can see from the picture I attached, the shaper fits me perfectly. I recommend that you try this product and you will nit regret it!!!

This product has helped me so much! I am a CPA and during tax season I spend 14+ hours at my desk and notoriously I end up with knots because of how I roll my shoulders forward but the last 3-4 days has been a blessing!!! No where near the pain! It is a constant reminder to sit correctly because it is definitely uncomfortable if not.I also have had open heart surgery so I have a pretty decent scar so I wear a cami underneath it so that it doesn't irritate that area. I highly recommend this!UPDATE I have been using this for quite sometime now and it is extremely comfortable, light weight and keeps the knot from forming in my shoulder!!!! God Sent

I recently had a Brachioplasty aka arm lift surgery. My surgeon asked me to purchase a compression garment from him for $150. I looked on amazon and saw great reviews on this product. As I was not sure what size to get I ordered XL, L, & Med. The XL & L arrived together. After surgery my range of motion was very limited and my arms were still healing so it was a bit difficult to put on but with the help of my boyfriend it went well. It is a bit tight for the first few wears but that's what its supposed to do to help with circulation and keeping the arms tight to help form them. I would definitely recommend to anyone who had surgery. But keep in mind they are tight so maybe order a size up and down to see what works best for you.

This product is cheaply made and is not as described. When I tried to return it there was a 30% restocking fee. I would not recommend this product or this seller. You will be ripped off by them and have to receive satisfation through Amazon.
