Polyester is an awful textile for clothing (or anything else that goes next to your skin). Most of these therapeutic pillows have some sort of polyester blend cover, which is rough, pills, and doesn't breathe in warm climates.This product is fabulously soft and breathable, a high-end T-shirt weight cotton, with a small percentage of spandex for stretchability. And there's 2! One to wash, one to use. Perfect!I pre washed mine, and put it over the existing polyester pillow cover for an extra layer of hygiene.The fit is just right, and the zipper is located on the wide edge for easy insertion: a small modification on the standard [polyester] cover that is a massive improvement. I used to get my husband to help me when I changed covers. Stuffing that big block of memory foam through that tiny end side zipper opening was a challenge. Putting this cover on was a breeze; I didn't need to call on my hubby!(My pillow is a vaugn cloud air model from amazon.)

I love these pillow covers. They are very soft and nicely made. The only drawback is that the zippered opening is quite small and it's difficult to get the pillows in and out. If you don't mind wrestling with them a bit, it's still a great product!

I've washed it several times and it is still looking and feeling good. It takes some maneuvering to get it on the knee pillow, but so did the cover that came with the pillow.

The original cover for my pillow had a defective zipper that gaped open upon receipt. This one fit perfectly but wow, is the opening small! Arthritic fingers took a serious beating squeezing the pillow through that opening. But once in, the pillow fit perfectly.

This is is for product 'Eucoz Knee Pillow Cover Replacement'. I decided to replace the covers on my knee pillows instead of replacing them. The old ones had a lot of ware, staining, and material separation near the zipper & seams. The new covers were pretty easy to put on as I just squeezed the pillow into a ball at one end and then inserted it into the case. after that I just held the case open with both hands and used my thumbs to alternately push the pillow in and pull the cover over it. The zipper and seams are good quality as they both held up well during the pillow insertion process. Now that the pillowcases are on, my knee pillows look completely different and new. The cases are soft to the touch but the seams and zipper have held up very well for over a month of use and I use these every night and some during the day. I use these as knee pillows and head pillows as I find them to be very comfortable when supporting my neck & head. Very happy with this purchase.

I think it would be better if the zipper was on the side instead on on the end since it made inserting the pillow a little tough. They are good quality and I would buy again! I like that they are a different color other than white which most of the leg pillows are and they get dirty.
