TMC Iron Black Front Double Door Handleset(Keyed&Dummy Set, Matte Black)

I ordered these handles over a year ago and I am very happy with it. The finish is nice and high end and it works perfectly. Last week one of the handles keep getting lose, I think the screws housing was stripped. Probably from my toddler always opening the door too hard. I reached out to the company to see if I could buy a replacement handle, as the rest of the set was fine. They responded right away and went ahead and sent a new handle free of charge. Within a week of my first email I had the new parts. Very pleased and will be buying more handles for the rest of the house

I bought these to replace locks on French doors at a new house. They seem to be good quality and are very pretty. Unfortunately my door frame is too narrow and they would not work on the doors I bought them for, returning.

SOLUTION FOR RANDOM PARTS. I was confused setting this up as my door is a metal one, and I found myself not needing the washers. It's also necessary to note that the machine screws (pointed tip) are suited for wooden doors. Furthermore, there were these small caps that the instructions called washers. These caps are NOT washers, they are caps. There were also two sets of two different washers and two rubber stopper-like parts. I didn't need those. I only used the black cap looking piece. Unscrew the inside metal part (we stuck a flathead into the circular center to rotate the metal piece counterclockwise). Then take a screw and screw the metal part into the door. Take the cap and screw it back onto the metal part which is now held in place in the door with the screw. This was not stated nor shown in the instructions. I learned what the cap was for by looking at the image on amazon.I'd like to start off by saying, yes, this is a very cheap set of double door handles. But looking elsewhere gave an estimated price at least double, sometimes triple the cost of these.The handles are nice, no scratches/dents/markings. Installation wasn't difficult either as far as fitting goes. My only complaint would be the instructions. They were not clear what so ever. It was mainly that of images with a few words here and there. If you don't know that machine screws are preferred for wooden doors over metal doors, you might mistaken what needs to be done. Overall though, the design is nice and I like how it sits in my metal door. You also might want to double check that nothing is blocking the handles when you grab them. See my images, there is a design protruding from the door that slims down the space between the door and the end of the handle, leaving less hand room to grab the handle and turn it. We didn't really care about it, but important to note for others.

Great option if you need a dummy handle for a double door. These look elegant and are sturdy handles. I accidentally got the wrong color in the mail and the seller immediately sent me the correct color. I will definitely be getting more door handles from them in the future!

The color starts to chip off on the outside - it is NOT weather proof.It broke after a less than a year. The company sent us a replacement one which also lasted only a few months.Spend a little more to get a better brand. Not worth continuing to pay for new installation when it breaks.

Very nicely made I'm surprised at the quality feel at this price point. Also they have great customer service. It fit my very thick steel french doors like a dream.

I tried hard to like this lock. Wanted a modern looking double door lock that better than a Schlage but not as expensive as Baldwin. This failed to meet the minimum Schlage standard. It was cheap yes, but was cheap in materials, construction. Didn’t feel safe. Color wasn’t right for me (nickel looks better) but that didn’t subtract. A good in between that met my needs was Weslock. Not an asvertisement. It checked all the boxes
