The media could not be loaded. Good value for what you get. Bought the natural finish and stained/spar urethane finished the exterior. This will mount atop a 10 foot high “statement” cedar clad post (roughly 10” x 10”) which will support a hammock and a corner of outdoor patio lights. Added a perch and clasps to hold the roof on in inclement weather. Once the finish cures, I am hopeful to get nesting songbirds.

I had been looking for a unique quality birdhouse for a long time. I received a gift certificate so I didn't feel so guilty paying so much for this birdhouse. Wow! It was well worth the money! I received it quickly and, for once, I ordered something online that did not take forever to receive, come damaged, poor quality or not what I was expecting. I would HIGHLY recommend this birdhouse!

This birdhouse is absolutely incredible! This is a masterpiece of workmanship! It is extremely sturdy and fits perfectly on my 4x4 wooden fence post. The copper embellishments are a very nice touch as well. Everything about this birdhouse I love. Whatever bird picks this as their house is a very lucky one! Thank you Good Directions for such a beautiful addition to my backyard!

I only gave a 4 star because it didnt fit my 4x4 post as indicated. Didn’t want to send it back so I made adjustments for it to fit .

After owning this bird house for 11 months I wouldn’t recommend purchasing one. This was a beautiful bird house when new. The bird house was mounted on an 8 foot tall vinyl lantern post after purchase. Unfortunately the painted surfaces are not weathering well. The copper roof is in remarkably good condition so it gets 1 star.
