Each size (app): Size: 6.5 x 6 x 1.3cm / 2.55 x 2.3 x 0.51". It may comes without instruction, please read the description on listing carefully. - ❣ Good thermoplasticity. Soaked in 75-90 °C hot water about 15-20s, it will be very soft at the moment, so the immersion time should not be too long, then place the tray into your mouth and press the bonding surface of tray and gum, moulding the perfect fit for your mouth. - ❣ If the tray shape is not made well, you can repeat the process for the second mould. Due to the inaccuracy of water temperature and soaking time, the molding effect of mouth guard is often not good. This product can be re-moulded in 75-90 ℃ hot water even if it is not formed properly. - ❣ Concomitant use with whitening gel (not included). Smear the gel evenly inside the tray, make it come into contact the outer tooth surface. The appropriate dosage of whitening gel is 0.5-1mm thickness. (Please dry the inside of the denture base with soft paper before using gel, so that the coating can be evenly spread.) - ❣ Please clean the tray with water before using. The replacement time of the trays is 3-4 months. I had to read the Amazon page for instructions but that still didn't work. For example, it says place the tray in 80 degree water. I had no idea what 80 degrees was, so I googled the boiling point of water (212 degrees), boiled water and then added cooler water. Even with that the tray never got soft enough to mold to my teeth. The base molded - a little, but the front is still smooth.
