I wasn't sure this pillow was going to work, but the suction cups attached perfectly up the tile wall allowing the pillow to very comfortably support the nape of my neck. But my back still dropped straight down because of the shape of my tub so I got a brilliant idea to purchase some little rubber balls, put them inside a lingerie laundry bag and use them to support me underneath my shoulders. Now I can lay back, relax and soak...it works great and the pillow is so soft and the balls are the perfect size. They are about 15" in circumference (small). They came in a bubble pack together, a basketball, soccer ball and football. See photo.
