Anyone tried it on 1 inch premium wood like cedar, and how many times did it work before breaking or going dull?

I used this on 1-1/4" marine plywood and some 3/4" oak plank. Working great for me.

Missing set screw. Can you send me the missing set screw so the pilot bit stays in place? Haven't used.

I don't know what he is asking, however he should go to a hardware store and look for a set screw that fits the hole end of story
