Good reference textbook for Manual techniques of the limbs
A clear and concise reference guide for the possible manual mobilizations a PT would have to do in a clinic. Kaltenborn is a Physio from Norway who specialized in Manual Therapy. With this text, he shares the foundations of manual practices in clinic as well as specific uses for each mob. Note this is not a book for the everyday person to pick up and self-certify in manual mobilization of the extremities but, in a clinical or academic setting, provide a good baseline of knowledge to use in an orthopedic setting. There are other approaches to Manual therapy but this is my go to for all things mobilization.

Great book to keep with you!
This is great item to have in your arsenal as a PT student and new professional. It's compact so it's not hard to carry this with you to class and on clinical. Definitely worth the money!
