These are great! They don’t stretch out like the ones without the band inside. They work well for fine hair.

They stay in my hair while many other hair ties don’t. The inner rubber band core makes them more effective than the other telephone cord ties, which tend to stretch out too much. The reason I don’t feel these deserve five stars is because they break, especially the clear ones. They usually come apart where the phone cord is joined, but occasionally the inner rubber band snaps. However, they are relatively inexpensive and they work great for daily use with less damage to your hair.

These are my go to hair ties. They keep my hair in place for hours and don't pull and snag as I take out it. They are also more durable than regular bands, as I've had mine for awhile now.
