Lovely cookery book with colourful photos.Personally, I was dissapointed by the content as some ingredients where hard to source, and you would have to improvise.

Saw a recipe for crab pasta in the You magazine in last Sunday's Mail on Sunday, so on Monday I cooked it, fantastic dish and so easy and the taste was amazing. So impressed with a couple of other recipes in the supplement so I ordered the book, can't wait to try more.

So far, have completed one recipe from the book and it was both easy and delicious! The recipes are easy to follow and understand and all the ingredients don't cost a fortune.

I love italian food, and pasta in particular. Over the years I have. collected many recipe books...this is the best I have found .. The recipes are imaginative, not complicated, and the book itself is a visual joy..
