I am pretty sure you can fit the biggest Ipad, your sell phone, make up, wallet, and snacks.The material is hard and the colors are vibrant. We really like the bag, but there is a small problem with the zippers.The bag has a few zippers on on the sides which I thought were "hidden compartments" but, the zippers only give you access to the inside of the bag. I personally do not think this is a good idea since you will carry the bag on your back, anyone can easily unzip it and have access to your belongings without you noticing it. An issue I had with the bag that I received, it that the zippers kept opening on their own. I am sure that not all of the bags have this issue, and it is very easy to fix on my own.The bag also has a zipper on the back of it. This zipper is a "hidden compartment" and the "compartment" is large. Since this zipper would be on your back as well, it is a good area to hide important stuff.Inside of the bag, there is another zipper to a smaller pocket for much smaller items like coins, or headphones.
