Wouldn't know but I do know the feel and the great comfort for sleeping is quite good . **Q: ?Do they help with not sweating** A: I don't know about sweating, I returned them after trying the first pair. The color faded on everything, even the sheets. **Q: Are these ruined if you put them in the dryer?** A: It has been my experience that putting them in the dryer does NOT alter the fabric in any way. If anything it may make them a little softer but that could be because i use liquid fabric softener and a dryer sheet. **Q: Are these boxers stretchy like a spandex? Like around the thigh areas or just around the waist** A: The boxer material is satin with maybe a hint of stretch. Elastic is around the waist only. Also the sizes are Asian so the XL waist stretches but when you take it from the packet, the waist looks pretty small.
