If you have one of those transmissions that requires this tool, you will understand my frustration. This tool is specifically designed to pull the old bushing and replace with a much higher quality bushing and a new seal. The down side is that my old bushing was so worn that this expensive tool wouldn't work. Spent countless hours trying to get it to work as advertised to get that old bushing out... to no avail. I ended up having to get a blind bearing puller to do the job. Once I was able to get the old bushing out, the tool to install the new supplied bushing and seal worked perfectly. Now the axle shaft doesn't leak fluid anymore. The real frustration is having to spend this kind of money for a tool I will more than likely only use once. Anyone in the market for a slightly used axle tool kit minus one bushing and one seal? Make me an offer...
