I am my mother's caregiver. She uses Always Discreet undies, with this as a liner so we don't keep changing the Always pants. We did have a problem with the level of adhesiveness on the "Tranquility Overnight Personal Care Pad, 16.5 Inch, Heavy Absorbency". These are hard to remove because the adhesive is too strong. So I now remove the strip so the flow-thru will work, but then I put a strip of toilet paper where the adhesive strip was so that they are not adhesive at all. It works better that way for us. She has still had several accidents with this set-up where pee pours down when she stands up, but I think that is more about the Always pants not being tugged up enough and having gaps down in the crotch area.What we like about this brand is the orange color. It helps her to remember which side goes against her skin. Sounds silly, but there were times with other brands that she put the pad in upside down. SO the orange does help with dementia patients.The same goes for other pad sizes from this brand. We use the "Tranquility Overnight Personal Care Pad, 16.5 Inch, Heavy Absorbency" for daytime and "Tranquility TopLiner Disposable Absorbent Booster Contour Pads for Bowel Incontinence" for overnight.Tranquility TopLiner Disposable Absorbent Booster Contour Pads for Bowel Incontinence does NOT have adhesive which we like.

Absorbency is great and I like the fact that it is wide on both the front and back, unlike Poise which is only wide in the back but leaks out the sides of the front, so this gets a better rating than Poise, and is infinitely much better than Tena which is complete garbage.Tranquility's one flaw is that it could be just an inch or two longer. If only it were, it would be the perfect pad.Of the major OVERNIGHT incontinence brand pads out there, here is how I rate them (I've tried them all, and if they're not mentioned here it's because they're such garbage that they're not worth mentioning)....#1 Abena Abri-San Air Plus Pads#2 Dyna Dry Supreme Liners by North Shore Care#3 Tranquility (More absorbent than #1 & 2, but too short. If length is not your issue, but absorbency is, then these beat out Abena and Dyna Dry.)#4 Fit Right#5 Poise#6 Tena (pathetic)

These are the only pads I will use. However, why are they so hard to get even when you sign up for auto ship? I n won’t use any other pads. They are truely the most absorbent pads n secure. The overnites are the BEST, hands down.

We have been using Tranquility Overnight Personal Care Pads for years with great results. Keep up the great work!

This pad is NOT for incontinence. Period pad and not sure if it'll even be good for that. TOTAL waste of money.
