I love this - soooo much easier than ironing, takes up less room and it works great - I had a little trouble figuring out the hanger and how/if it attaches - but looked closer and realized it slides right on from the top. I use it every day for my work clothes and I now don't mind when my things come out all wrinkled from the dryer - in under 5 minutes, they look perfect.

I’ve had this for more than seven years and am so glad I do. I love it. I think it works very well. I always use distilled water. After about three uses I clean it out by rinsing at the kitchen sink with the hose. It’s a hassle to do but I do it to clean of sediment.

I bought this because it had good reviews and I was looking for something affordable and easy to move around. I am writing this review after using the unit daily for two months. I really dislike this steamer. Who designs a cup with a round bottom? These people. If you look at the photos, you can see the top of the water basin is round. So when you remove it to add your DI water you have to hold the reservoir and manage to pour from a gallon DI bottle. It requires 3 hands. Second issue, the stand isn’t very tall and the cord crimps when you move the handle down, makes loud noises, and stops producing steam. I had to get a rack to hang the clothes from a higher vertical position. Pants, dresses, or long tops aren’t viable with this unit. Third, you can see in the photos there is a hanger with clips. The clips aren’t capable of holding any weight, so you will need to buy your own clips. Fourth, when the unit does produce steam it is intermittent and produces a significant amount of spray leaving water spots on your clothes. Fifth, it only works on a narrow range of fabrics. I’ve owned other brands and only on rare occasions needed to pull out my iron. I now need my iron daily. It has basically doubled my wotk time (I have an online clothing store). I hate spending unnecessary money, but I’m going to have to buy a different unit. I’m not a reviews giver, but I am tired of being angry about this daily and you deserve to know. The advertising is correct this unit is easy to move around. That is the only thing I like about this unit.

I just wish the power button is a step push in the front so that I don’t have to bend over. Overall it is a good product

I have purchased this steamer twice. The first one lasted 5 years, with a lot of use. Then I bought a more expensive steamer (more than triple the price), thinking it would be a great upgrade since I use it so much (low to high steam rates, extra nozzles and hanging attachments - all gimmicky stuff I never used) It was not - more difficult to use, and only lasted 2 1/2 years. So I was kind of glad when it croaked. I then bought this same one again, and I still love it. Simple to use, great, grippy nozzle, and effective steam. Sometimes simple is best.

Build Quality and Initial Impressions The main steamer unit itself has a good build. It feels substantial and well-constructed, which gave me confidence upon unboxing. The 1/2-gallon water tank provides a decent amount of steaming time, and the unit heats up quickly as advertised. Key Design Flaws: The Pipe and Hanger Despite the sturdy base, the user-facing components are where the product fails: Rigid Steam Hose: The pipe/hose is extremely rigid and does not bend easily. When trying to steam garments, the lack of flexibility makes it very difficult to reach different angles or move the steam head smoothly across the fabric. It felt like I was fighting the machine rather than using it. Cheaply Made Hanger: The included hanger felt very cheaply made. It lacked the sturdiness required to hold heavier garments and did not feel like it was designed to last. Performance and Conclusion Ultimately, the steamer did not work as intended. While it produces steam, the physical limitations of the rigid hose and the flimsy hanger make the actual process of removing wrinkles frustrating and inefficient. Because the ergonomics and accessories were so poor, I had to return the unit. For a "professional" steamer at this price point, I expected better flexibility and higher-quality attachments.

I bought this to replace the hose for the exact same model which I've had about five years. I am saving everything else for additional spare parts to replace as needed since the 5 year old one is otherwise still functioning perfectly. Great product. I only wish the hose was a little longer.
