Very happy with these briefs… they are called briefs, but they fasten on the sides with tape. They are lightweight, much easier to use, more comfortable to the patient, and far better suited to his needs than the thick, heavy ones I previously tried. Patient has a catheter so I can’t speak to urine absorbency, but I can say I am very impressed with how well they handle ongoing diarrhea problems. They fasten on the sides with tape that holds until unfastened. They are easy to roll when removing …which is important when dealing with diarrhea. I recommend McKessen StayDry Washcloths 12.5 x 7.5 to finish the job.
