I did, however, resort to watching a viedo to figure out the pump lever and then the little lever screw. Be careful when putting the screws in the back, as they caught on the leather and the wooden holes were hard to fine. I almost messed that up. Take your time, read the instructions and Google the viedo. The only way to keep the chair from going down constantly was putting the chair in lock position. It only lasted for two years and the last year it slowly got worse and worse. If it wasn’t locked, it would sink down and make this insanely loud clicking sound. I reached out to see if it was possible to purchase just a pump replacement part and they won’t offer that. Warranty is only a year so don’t waste your money and just buy something that’s actual PROFESSIONAL quality!! If I could give ZERO stars then I would!!
